The richest man in Saltine, California's worst town. The eccentric millionaire with the castle, the local kook who insisted "alpacas are the future," the guy who used his money to fund strange acts of public art that were never properly permitted. No, no, not the musician. Well technically, he did play the digital sousaphone, but that’s beside the point. Anyway, Rufus Wainwright Bobbins, Jr. III is dead.
